Who We Are

We are not scientists. We are not investors in industry. We are not academics or students. We everyday people who work during the week and do normal things like go to the beach on weekends..

The aim of this site is to provide unbiased information to our readers about environmental issues that is influenced only by the truth of things, such as we are in a position to see it. A great deal of our materials come from simple internet based research, but we also endeavor, wherever possible, to go to the primary source (scientific journal articles, legislation, UN publications, government and industry sponsored whitepapers and the like).

It is impossible, given the subject matter, to evade controversy at all times. We will not shy away from but merely attempt to plot a course guided by the overarching principles of the endeavor – to provide impartial and accurate information and where possible suggest positive courses of action that could help mitigate harm to the environment.

From time to time errors will be made; personal bias will influence the content. To guarantee that this will not occur would be to undertake to observe nothing and to never publish. We merely promise to be honest in the attempt to avoid error, bias and grandstanding and welcome reproach when we inevitably fail

This site was set up to provide helpful information about what the average person can do to help the environment without affecting your way of life. Articles are added regularly so that an increasing library of topics, sorted by subject matter will be available as a handy resource. I am constantly looking for new products, tips or ideas that will help the environment. If anyone has any suggestions please contact me on info@whatcanonepersondo.com .

Every little bit helps.
